International Conference UNIFEM-Canada: "Growth, Innovation and Governance: Prosperity into Solidarity"

UNIFEM, the United Nations Development Fund for Women, promotes the economic and politic empowerment of women in developing countries. As part of this program, UNIFEM-Canada organizes an international conference on " Growth, Innovation and Governance : Prosperity into Solidarity! "
The conference will take place both in French and English and will comprise presentations, workshops and round-tables as well as a showcase on women's achievements across the world. Speakers from various countries will talk about promotion of women's fundamental rights, governance and leadership as well as reinforcement of women's economic capacity.
