International Conference on the Development of Smart Communities

The International Conference on the Development of Smart Communities will be an opportunity for delegates from Canada, the United States, Europe and member countries of La Francophonie to discuss the issues raised by the digital revolution. Smart communities use what knowledge, human resources and technologies they have to their best best potentiel, for the benefit of all community members. The conference delegates will explore ways the information and communication technologies can assist community development and will examine their impact on education, health, the economy, community development and the management of public affairs. A trade show timed to coincide with the conference will give local, national and international businesses an opportunity to promote products related to the development of "smart communities".
