Congress of the IPAC: “The Canadian Public Sector in a Global Environment”

The Congress of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada will explore the repercussions of globalisation on the public sector. Six sub-themes will guide the reflection of the participants: Labour/Human Resources Management; Service Delivery; The Media; Public Engagement; Governance; Financial Services. The Congress will offer plenary sessions, conferences, workshops, sessions on professional development as well as social and cultural activities.
