This meeting was to suggest improvements to post-secondary and technical education in order to better prepare young people for entering the labour market. The meeting was attended by 200 to 250 participants with varied backgrounds from all over La Francophonie, including political decision makers, specialists, representatives from international, governmental and non-governmental organizations, business and labour leaders and private citizens.
