Each year, the Association canadienne d’éducation de langue française (ACELF) organizes a convention on a current issue in French-language education in Canada.
The theme of the 1998 ACELF Convention was: “New Educational Technology: Links for the Future.” Participants had the opportunity to hear specialists on educational technology and participate in practical laboratory workshops to experiment with various Internet and multimedia teaching tools.
