As participants in the Summit, representatives of member and associate member States and governments, representatives of observer States and international organizations, employees of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) and experts carrying out a mission for the OIF are given privileges and immunity under the Foreign Missions and International Organizations Act.
