Is it possible to work with the Secrétariat d'organisation du XIIe Sommet de la Francophonie to organize an event related to the Sommet?
The Organization Secretariat's mandate is to prepare, organize and conduct the XIIe Sommet de la Francophonie. Organizing the activities surrounding the Summit is therefore not part of its mandate.
The Secretariat has, however, funded special projects designed to promote La Francophonie. The deadline for submitting a request for financial assistance was April 25, 2008. The list of funded projects can be found at http://www.francophoniequebec2008.qc.ca/en/apropos/projets_speciaux.php.
