Memorandum of understanding
In preparing for the 12th Summit, the governments of Canada, Québec and New Brunswick signed a memorandum of understanding on the organization, conduct and administrative and financial details of the next Summit. Canada, which is chairing the Summit, and Québec are the two governments hosting the XIIe Sommet de la Francophonie.
